We aim to display accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, colors, and specifications.

Because our products are handmade, minor natural variations may occur. Product photographs are illustrative of the listed item and may show differences caused by lighting or screen settings.

Unless otherwise indicated, our leather poufs are sold without filling.

4. Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods and any applicable checkout-collected taxes are displayed before an order is submitted.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not prevent us from correcting genuine errors or declining an order for legitimate reasons, subject to applicable consumer law.

If we cancel an order after accepting payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Morocco and delivered door to door to eligible US addresses.

Preparation generally takes 1–3 business days and shipping transit approximately 5–7 business days.

Moroccan Artisan Made covers applicable US import duties, import-related taxes, and customs clearance fees as explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
