2. Products
We sell handcrafted Moroccan leather poufs and related artisan products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, leather poufs are sold unstuffed, and filling material is not included.
Customers should review the individual product page for its dimensions, color, material, contents, and availability.
3. Prices
All product prices are displayed in USD unless indicated otherwise. The final checkout summary shows the total amount collected from the customer before payment.
4. Payment
Payment is required at checkout through the available payment methods.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability.
5. Dispatch and Delivery
Products are dispatched from Morocco and delivered door to door to eligible addresses in the United States.
- Preparation: 1–3 business days.
- Transit: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated combined timeframe: 6–10 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will communicate material dispatch delays and provide applicable cancellation or refund options.
6. Import Duties and Taxes
Moroccan Artisan Made covers applicable US import duties, import-related taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with shipments to customers in the United States.
Sales taxes separately required to be collected at checkout, if applicable, will be displayed before payment.
7. Returns
We offer a voluntary 30-day return window for eligible products, calculated from delivery.
Customers must email us before returning goods to obtain the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers normally pay return shipping costs.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should notify our support team by email with their order number and photographs when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will offer an appropriate exchange, replacement, or return and refund, with return shipping arranged or paid by us when the issue is confirmed.
9. Refunds
Approved voluntary-return refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Where applicable law requires a faster refund, the legally required timeframe will apply.
10. Cancellations
Customers should contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the order status and applicable law.
11. Handmade Variations
Minor natural variations in leather grain, tone, finish, and stitching may occur. These variations do not exclude remedies for actual defects or items materially different from their description.
12. Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits mandatory consumer rights or applicable legal guarantees.
