Where are the poufs made?
Our collection is centered on Moroccan leatherwork associated with the craft traditions of Fes and Marrakech.
Are the poufs handmade?
Yes. The leather panels, decorative work, and assembly involve hand-finishing, so small differences between pieces are expected.
Why does my pouf look slightly different from the photograph?
Leather is a natural material. Grain, tone, marks, and stitching can vary, and screens can display color differently.
Does the pouf arrive filled?

What can I use as filling?
Clean textiles, shredded foam, polyester fiber fill, or a combination can be used. The best choice depends on your preferred firmness and weight.
Can I use it as a seat?
A properly and evenly filled pouf can serve as an occasional low seat or footrest. Follow the product-specific guidance and avoid overfilling.
Will the leather change over time?
Yes. Genuine leather gradually softens, creases, and develops a patina through use and exposure to light.
How should I clean it?

How do I request a return?

US Shipping, Import Taxes & Returns
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped directly from Morocco to your US delivery address (door to door).
How long does US delivery take?
Preparation takes approximately 1–3 business days and delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch: an estimated 6–10 business days in total. Delays may occur during customs processing or transport.
Will I have to pay US customs duties or import taxes?
No import payment should be required from you for eligible US orders: Moroccan Artisan Made covers applicable import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance fees. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying.
How do I return a pouf?
Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery by emailing contact@moroccanartisanmade.com before sending the item. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally paid by the customer.
What if my pouf arrives damaged or defective?
Email us first with your order number and photographs. We can arrange an appropriate exchange or return and refund if the issue is confirmed, at no additional return shipping cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected; your bank may need additional time.
