Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Moroccan Artisan Made, we deliver handcrafted Moroccan leather poufs directly from Morocco to customers in the United States.
Free US Shipping
We offer free standard door-to-door shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, with no minimum order requirement.
Country of Dispatch
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Morocco.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping transit: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 6–10 business days after order confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, and exceptional circumstances may affect delivery.
US Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Moroccan Artisan Made covers applicable US import duties, import-related taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders shipped to the United States.
Customers are not expected to pay additional import duties or customs clearance charges upon delivery.
If a delivery carrier requests payment of import-related charges, please contact us before making payment so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Any sales tax separately required and collected at checkout will be clearly displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking information will be emailed to the customer when available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Delivery Address
Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including the complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, and contact details.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised processing period, we will contact the customer with the revised dispatch date and available cancellation or refund options in accordance with applicable law.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the parcel and product.
Product Packaging
Our leather poufs are shipped unstuffed unless otherwise stated on the product page. Filling material is not included.
